Tropical Fruits Code of Conduct

In accordance with our statement of objectives the committee has elected to introduce the following Code Of Conduct for all future Tropical Fruits Inc events.

1. All members/Temporary Members are to endeavour to provide an atmosphere of self- respect, acceptance, tolerance and friendship.
   
2. The association will not tolerate any form of abuse being it either physical or verbal nor will it accept violence of any nature.
   
3. Failure to respect this policy by any member/temporary member may lead to that person being disciplined by the association in the following ways:
   
   1. The member/temp member being removed from the event immediately.
   2. The suspension of membership for a period of time decided by the committee.
   3. The cancellation and refusal of membership/temporary membership to any offender.
      
4. Approaches by members to members of the committee whilst encouraged are to be made in accordance with the above Code of Conduct. By Order Of The Committee
