Queen's Birthday Party
Our Queen's Birthday Party, held in June, is our winter wonderland party.
An intimate and friendly party, it has a special significance to local
members as it is the party that marks the birthday of Tropical Fruits.
Our
very first party being a Queen's Birthday bash held way back in 1988.
We see it also as a tribute to all of the special queens in our lives and community!
Our next Queens Birthday Party is
Lords and Dames of the Pink Triangle:
The Fruity Revolution is upon us!
Come all you Marquis and Marchionesses, Princesses and Peasants, Kings and Queens to the Storming of the Italo Club Grand Ballroom!
Join us in a night of excessive opulence, while we re-live the hedonistic freedom of the reviled French Monarchy. A time of treason and debauchery, the Queens Ball will see us overturn the hierarchy, dine on sumptuous delicacies and feast on Antoinette’s cake.
The liberation begins on the eve of June 12 at 9pm, with the guillotine falling sharp at 3am. Lavish drama will set the scene as DJs Sandi Hotrod and ISH keep the ballroom revolution alive. Scale the front palatial staircase at Barrow Lane, North Lismore, to purchase your tickets at the door (Members $25, Concession $30, Guest $35).
For more information contact HRH or Lord Thomas on 02 6622 6440 or email fruits@tropicalfruits.org.au.
“Vive la Fruity Révolution!”
